My Favorite Place to Be

 My favorite place to stay is my village. 🏞️ That is Galle. 😍 I was born in Unawatuna area in Galle district. However I am now in Colombo. 😔🥺 
👶As a child I was able to enjoy the beauty of the village every weekend. 💗 But now we rarely go to the village. We go to the village almost twice a year. 🥺When I go there I will definitely go to Unawatuna beach without forgetting. 🌊🏖️ That beach is attractive.😍Not only that, it also delights foreign tourists. 




There are many interesting places in my village. But I haven't experienced that beauty of them. I'm very sorry about that.😔 Galle Fort is one of the most fascinating and ancient sites in my village. I have been to Galle Fort only once with my friends.💖😍 However, I didn't go every where in Galle Fort.😔 



There are many more places to go for a walk in my village. I hope to go for a in those places in soon. 💞🏞️💞 When I go and live in the village I get a pretty weird feeling. So I spend more time in my life enjoying the natural beauty of my village that I love to live. ❤️😍

Our School Sportsmeet

   Our Sportsmeet was held on 30th January. It was a memorable day for everyone one of us. 🤩 There are four houses in our school. They are Hansa, Mayura, Kokila, Lihini. For weeks before the great event, we had sports practice every evening after school. We decorated our houses artistically. ❤️😊      The sportsmeet attracted a vast crowd. There were parents, past pulis and well wishers. We were able to start the meet at the scheduled time. First the Olympic Torch was lit by the captains of the four houses.🔥 There were many events at the sportsmeet. The first few items were relays.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ High jump, long jump and hurdles race.      During the interval the visitors were served with shots eats and cool drinks.🥪🥤 There were some interesting items after the interval. Travel to Katharagama & Sewanagala

      This year we left for katharagama in Friday 16th April. We left home at about 4 am in the morning. We go on this trip every year with our relatives. We stopped to get our breakfast around 9 am. We prepared food from home. A friend of our uncle's joined us on this trip. We reached to the katharagama sacred area around 1 pm. 🙏🌼❤️First we worshipped at the kiriwehera and then went to the katharagama dewalaya. On the way we met various animals like Elephants and Peacocks. After all this work was done we get our lunch. That night we stayed at my uncle's friend's house. His house was located in the Sevanagala. 🏞️🌅❤️         We started the destination to their home. It was past 8.30 pm when we got there. That uncle told us that there was a suitable and beautiful place for bathing nearby. As soon as I heard that, I got ready to leave that place. But my mother scolded me.
